Prerequisite(s)	Previous snowshoeing experience
Pre-Event Meeting Place(s)	Sardis Starbucks (Cottonwood Mall by Zellers) 8am. After we meet and arrange carpooling, everyone else must park their cars down in the Sears parking lot (new rules from Zellers)
Transportation	carpool
Carpool Fee	$10
Additional Notes	preregistration is required for this and all hiking club events. Snow shoes can be rented in three locations: Valhalla Pure in Abbotsford, off the freeway in Abbotsford at McCallum Exit (South side of the freeway) or they can be rented at Vedder Mountain Field Supply on Vedder Road in Chilliwack (past Garrison Crossing on Vedder Road before the bridge to Cultus Lake) or at Manning Park at their Nordic Lodge (which is near the Hotel but about 300 meters west). All are good options with the cost a little higher at Manning
