Prerequisite(s)	Previous snowshoeing experience and reasonable fitness level recommended.
Pre-Event Meeting Place(s)	Sardis Starbucks (by Cottonwood Mall) - After we meet and arrange carpooling, everyone else must park their cars down in the Sears parking lot (new rules from Zellers). If you live east of Chilliwack and want to meet the group at the mountain, plan to meet us at the snowshoe and cross country ski hill at Hollyburn Ridge Parking lot at 8:00 a.m. They can gather at the base of the trial up Hollyburn (that’s where the stairs are cut into the snow). We can put a return to Chilliwack time of approx. 2:30 give or take a half hour. Remember that you and anyone you invite must pre-register for this event, you can't just show up not having registered.

Additional Notes	Note the 6am meeting time at Sardis Starbucks. Remember this event is on Valentines day :) Snow shoes can be rented in three locations: Valhalla Pure in Abbotsford, off the freeway in Abbotsford at McCallum Exit (South side of the freeway) or they can be rented at Vedder Mountain Field Supply on Vedder Road in Chilliwack (past Garrison Crossing on Vedder Road before the bridge to Cultus Lake).
